🌟 Project Overview
Pathways to Belonging is a European Solidarity Corps Volunteering Teams project coordinated by Fundația Națională pentru Tineret (FNT) in cooperation with LOGOSSTELLA, and CSCE. Based in Bucharest, Romania, the project focuses on supporting young Ukrainian refugees through non-formal education, mentoring, and community-based volunteering activities. The initiative promotes social inclusion, intercultural dialogue, employability, and youth-led civic engagement in response to urgent refugee integration needs.

🎯 Main Activities
🤝 Support young Ukrainian refugees through educational and community activities
📚 Take part in non-formal education, mentoring & facilitation sessions
🌍 Promote intercultural learning and social inclusion
📝 Contribute to content creation, storytelling & research activities
💻 Support digital tools, basic design, communication & outreach
🧠 Strengthen human rights awareness, safeguarding & civic participation

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Pocket Money
🏡 Shared apartment in Bucharest (2-bedrooms, same-gender rooms)
🍽️ Daily food allowance: 5 EUR per day
💶 Pocket money: 4 EUR per day (paid in Romanian currency)
📶 High-speed internet & fully equipped shared kitchen included

🎓 Training & Support
🎓 In-house onboarding training (Non-Formal Education, Facilitation, Human Rights, Safeguarding)
🛠️ Ongoing thematic workshops throughout the activity
🗣️ Romanian language classes for local integration
🤝 Continuous mentoring and team support

👤 Participant Profile
✨ Young people aged 18–30
📝 Interested in writing, storytelling or research
💻 Basic skills in Canva, digital tools or websites are an asset
🤝 Team-oriented, open-minded & eager to learn
🌍 Motivated to work in a multicultural environment supporting refugees
🚀 No prior experience required – diversity of skills and perspectives is valued
