๐ง About the Training Course
Support the Supporters is an Erasmus+ Training Course created for professionals who regularly support others in youth work and rarely receive space to be supported themselves. The training focuses on inclusion and diversity and offers time room and community for reflection empowerment and regeneration. It is designed for those who give support daily and want to strengthen their personal and professional sustainability.

To provide meaningful support for youth work professionals active in inclusion and diversity by strengthening self awareness resources community support and sustainable work practices.

๐ค Address the need for support among professionals working with inclusion and diversity
๐ง Reflect on personal resources power and access to support in daily practice
๐ฌ Deepen understanding of support on cognitive physical mental and emotional levels
๐ ๏ธ Explore different forms of support recognising limits and asking for help
๐ Gain new tools methods and techniques through peer support and non formal education
๐ฑ Develop foundations for more sustainable and resilient youth work practices

๐ค Youth workers working with young people on a voluntary or paid basis

๐ค People with lived experience of migration disabilities chronic illness neurodiversity or diverse socio economic backgrounds
๐ค Participants aged 18 and above
๐ค Participants able to express personal needs emotions and challenges in English

๐ก This training sets foundations for sustainable support rather than providing all answers
๐ฌ The training is not group therapy but focuses on self awareness exchange and connection
๐ง Some activities may involve challenging inner processes
